Our Humble Beginnings
Back in 2004 Kit Weir started this business as a licensed realtor. Her first real estate sale was to a couple who purchased a vacation/investment home and because of the level of service satisfaction, they in turn asked if she could manage the property during their seasonal absence.
Born out of necessity, this turned into our first Home Check of Scottsdale property management client. Our goal is, and will remain, a strict adherence to 100% customer satisfaction with a personalized touch as we firmly believe in quality over any other business metric. This has and will remain a full-time endeavor for us, so you can rest assured that our service is professional and affordable.
Kit and Stephen married in 2017 and decided to utilize their combined skills of real estate knowledge, sales, marketing, home renovations to further develop the business. Kit is also a licensed real estate broker with Home Smart. Stephen utilizes his expertise in sales, marketing & digital marketing to promote the business, while at the same rolling up the sleeves to Home Check properties.
